As a follow up to The Rise, come join us for a sunset on the patio at the Illinois Waterway Visitors Center. We will share the space at the visitor center practicing Asana for yoga and then a special meditation as we observe the sunset for the evening. Please bring some warm clothes for our time outside even with beautiful weather as the sun sets. This is a donation only event with a suggested starting donation of $10.
