Deep within every one of us is the potential to achieve a state of lasting happiness. Once this potential is activated, we also can become a source of hope and wellbeing for others. Geshe Sonam will give universally applicable teachings inspired by the Buddhist tradition about how our mind contains within it a treasure of happiness and goodness which can be gradually revealed through simple practices of ethics and meditation.
Everyone is welcome to attend in person or online. if you are in the area and able, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet with the Lama Yeshe Ling community in person.
