We invite you to leave your daily life for a little while and step into a feminine, hearth like space, during a one day Retreat.
About this Event
?Here we will meet each other's hearts, connect with our own bodies and reflect on a new way of life.
One where we can look deeper into ourselves and set free our dreams, our desires and our gifts.
One where we feel safe to show ourselves, to dance, to laugh, to create and embody our sensual nature.
One where we let unconditional love guide us forward.
?We will start with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts and support us to sink deeper into our bodies.
We will then move into a Yin Yoga class that will open us up even more followed by a somatic class that will bring back sensuality through the senses and drive us further into unlocking that beautiful potential in our hearts, the potential to love deeper, to live freer.
Finally, through a breathwork class, we will expand our consciousness, gain clarity and envision next steps for our sovereign feminine selves.
We will close the day with music and conscious dancing, to celebrate a new beginning.
?We will enjoy time in the garden, in nature, fresh delicious food, healing music and a cocoon like environment all day.
