What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that anyone can learn. It taps into the universal life force energy to promote balance, relaxation, and healing on all levels – mind, body, and spirit. There is no religion or dogma attached to this practice - people from all religions and spiritual beliefs choose to learn and practice Reiki.
Reiki will enrich you, your workplace, your family and all your interactions. Leave the class with both a certification and the ability to practice Reiki on yourself, others and your pets.
It is safe for all ages, easy to learn and a great modality for self-care (and family), general wellness, immune system support, and stress management.
