"Unlock your creativity” is 1h30 of workshop designed to express yourself, unlocking your inner child and unblock your creativity. Take the time and space to play, free from prejudices. Let's embrace our true selves, working through creative blocks and flowing into action. Give yourself permission to be in the moment and create freely. Explore through creative expression who you can truly be.
In this workshop we'll play with our hands on the painting, creating moments with materials, drawing our own movements, exploring papers and have self moments of journaling to integrate all the experience.
