Heidi Fischbach is a transformational coach and founder of the Nervous System Reset Program. She has a passion for helping people feel calm, at home and confident in their bodies.
Heidi has helped hundreds of people transform feelings of stress and anxiety into calm and authentic connection. She holds a master's degree in education from Harvard University and is certified in administering Dr. Stephen Porges' acoustic intervention to reset the vagus nerve. She is also a certified Focusing Professional through The International Focusing Institute.
