Participants will meet once a week for 4 weeks for 8 hours total. You will learn best practices for preparing for giving a speech and will practice, in class, the skills that make an effective public speaker. You will participate in interactive activities that will build on skills every week. At the close of the course, you will give the speech you prepared during the course. This course is available in person or online at 2 two times. There are 10 spots/time slot.The closing public speaking event is free and open to the public.
