About Nicholas: 18-year member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and has founded and led four companies across Germany and South Africa, navigating the full spectrum of entrepreneurial success and failure. Currently, he is the CEO of ScaleUp Company South Africa, where he helps founders and leadership teams accelerate their growth. Throughout his time in EO, Nicholas has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as the founding president of EO Tanzania.
