About this Event
There are parts of us that prefer to remain in the dark, for it’s more comfortable not to withstand the glares under the light. Though hidden, they are never quiet. They are simply afraid to be seen. However, they will make themselves known through anger, numbness, brain fog, anxiety, restlessness and self-sabotage. With time, these parts of us may become unrecognisable even to ourselves.
If we met our grief, what do you think it would want to tell us?
In this space, you will be empowered to feel the things that trigger you and give them a chance to speak. You will be seen and you can finally hear yourself properly again. And you may choose to do so under the spotlight or request to have the candles snuffed out, it’s up to you.
Unlit is a safe, nurturing space for exploring the characters that we hide in our closet.
If only we could hear what they need, we might be able to receive their pearls of wisdom and recover the truth and gifts we have been withholding from ourselves. Yet, so many of us are afraid of feeling our emotions because we were not taught how to handle them when we were little, nor did we have sufficient support when terrible things happened.
Our bodies have the power to heal on their own. It so often happens spontaneously when we are allowed to be ourselves in a safe space. This session provides an opportunity for you to rewire your behavioural patterns - to learn to hold space for difficult emotions and most importantly, be willing to ask for the specific help you need. Gain insights from another's perspective and walk away with a deeper trust in yourself.
There will only be 4 spots for this 2-2.5-hour-long session.
We are meant to heal together, not alone.
If you are looking for supportive spaces to express yourself and receive help, Unlit is a great place to be. If you have tried to heal on your own or feel jaded from not having anyone understand what you are going through, Unlit will hold space for you.
The programme will be conducted intuitively, depending on the needs of the participants. It may include meditative healing, sound alchemy, somatic movements, vocal expression, comforting touches (optional) and other inspired activities to support everyone’s healing. Most importantly, you will walk away feeling comforted because I never end my circles without ensuring everyone feels sufficiently supported.

About me:
I am Anastasia, an experienced shadow worker, sound healer, meditation facilitator and the first Moon Mother in Singapore.
