Lunch & Learn: Opportunity Knocks -- Unlimited Income & Career Growth Potential as Part of The Reynolds Team Client Development Team
We are looking to GROW: We are looking to add talented, motivated, and self driven individuals to The Reynolds Team Network. This is an outstanding, entry-level inside sales opportunity with no end to what you can achieve in both income and career growth. Our team is looking for sales-gifted individuals to join our Client Development Team! You’ll have the sales training, mentoring, tools, and resources to connect with customers, build rapport and develop new opportunities for our Team to serve our clients. This is not a cold calling sales position. The Reynolds Team Network produces on average around 800 quality leads (That number growing) that have raised their hand interested in getting more information on making a move! We need more people to help us serve these people and their families!
What You Will Do:
- Prospect for new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints, using proven scripting to effectively build your pipeline
- Build, grow and maintain positive relationships with Buyer and Seller prospects
- Educate and successfully position the industry’s top Real Estate Team to serve prospects needs above the competition
- Identify client needs, provide guidance and information around our services with the goal of setting qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Agents and Business Partners
- Follow up on appointments scheduled and appointments happened to ensure they are confirmed and converted to ensure pipeline development
- Be a high energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive “can-do” attitude over the phone and in-person

About the Speaker: Marc Parvin is the team leader of our Client Development Team. Marc joined The Reynolds Team in 2015 starting as a runner on our team until an opportunity opened up on the Client Development team. Marc quickly caught on and excelled as an Inside Sales Agent on our Client Development Team. Through his skills in sales and communicating over the phone with our potential/current clients, Marc has produced millions in sales for The Reynolds Team. Marc showed his leadership abilities from the beginning and was eventually chosen by our team leaders to lead our Client Development Team. He started leading a team of five to now leading over twenty team members! He has spent the last few years in more of a teaching and management role which has helped develop other leaders under him! Marc is excited to share how you too can be a part of our team and have success just as he did. He will show you how there is unlimited potential for income and career growth on The Reynolds Team!
