C omplete this registration form by June 7 using the steps outlined below.
1. Click on "Get Tickets" on the right
2 Register using the prompts.
- Select ONE session
- Select optional lunch session. If you select a lunch session, the questions will duplicate because you selected more than one ticket. Use the "copy data from" dropdown to copy your responses to your first ticket.
3. Receive confirmation email.
4. Book your hotel, if applicable. If you live more than 70 miles away and are attending a morning session, link to reserve your room is at the bottom of the confirmation email; deadline is June 7. See below for more detailed instructions.

5. Add to your calendar. You will receive a calendar invitation for the session you signed up for and for the optional lunch if you register for it within 1-2 business days from the date of your registration.
