Join Healing with Mel and her growing community of Women/Queer individuals for a transformative weekend welcoming Samhain. This will be the second UNLEASHED Retreat and we hope it is as transformative as the last for you all!What is Samhain? Samhain is an ancient Gaelic festival marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter. It is a powerful magical time when the veil between worlds is at its thinnest allowing us to connect with ancestors and guides, and ask for help on our journey’s into the dark months ahead.
This darkness is both physical and spiritual. As women we have been taught to be small, not feel our emotions and conform. This retreat is meant to help you tap into the Dark Feminine within you and set her free!
Mel’s goal is to create a safe space for Women/Queer individuals to heal, grow and step into the world as their fullest expressions! No more playing small! If even a small part of you feels pulled to attend this transformative experience, than you are meant to be there! No matter your beliefs or ethnicity we welcome all!
This event will comprise of: Costume Tea and Dinner party: Dress as your inner Dark Feminine Witch/Goddess! Get creative and dont be afraid to wear that dress that you have kept hidden in the back of your closet for years! After Tea and Dinner we will gather for Sacred Feminine Ceremony with Breathwork, Meditation, Journalling, Rituals by the fire. We will end the evening with a Sound Bath and meet again in the morning, with Yoga and another ceremony.
The retreat will last from 5pm-11pm on Nov 1st and 9am-1pm on Nov 2th Guests will be welcome to stay at Mel’s home (spaces limited), camp out in the yard or leave & come back for day two.
Guest facilitators:
Reiki with Heidi- Soundbath- Be immersed in the entrancing sound of crystal sound bowls and Heidi’s giant gong, and drift into deep healing and meditation.
