Through playful voice-body warm-ups, group singing, pair- sharing and more, you’ll learn to:

Workshop Themes

Week 1: Permission to Be Imperfect and Real

• Explore what’s holding you back from full self-expression.
• Warm up your body and voice to connect with your authentic sound.
• Practice letting go of perfectionism and embracing the beauty of being real.
  Week 2: Permission to Be Big, Loud, and Powerful
• Release years of “playing small” in a safe, supportive space
• Explore all the great things your voice can do!
• Sing and speak without apology

Week 3: Permission to Fully Show Up and Express

• Bring everything together: softness, boldness, authenticity, and joy.
• Explore your “yes” to life through your voice.
• Celebrate your transformation in an empowering group vocal experience.

This workshop is designed for women and female-identified folk seeking to reconnect with their authentic voice and power. Through singing, vocal exercises, and joyful expression, we’ll explore what it means to fully show up and take up space. No singing experience is necessary—just bring your courage and curiosity!
