ABOUT EMMA
Growing up I was equal parts science nerd and sports enthusiast – and not much has changed over the years.
By combining my background in rugby, strength training and calisthenics, with a degree in biochemistry and 10+ years of working in the medical education industry, I’ve learnt a lot about my own body, and how to keep it strong and healthy.
Now a qualified L3 personal trainer, my mission is to share those learnings with as many people as possible, to help individuals rewrite the script of what they are capable of. Using science-backed techniques and knowledge, I aim to help other’s learn how to work with their bodies and not against them, build strength and overall fitness, and move in healthy and playful ways they might never have thought possible.
"Since starting my personal training sessions with Emma the transformation in my fitness has been incredible. Her knowledge in health, strength and well-being is unmatched. Each session is tailored to my individual needs and goals, pushing me just the right amount. Emma’s positive attitude and encouragement have made fitness rewarding and enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a significant and lasting change in their health and fitness journey." - Carol, PT client
