After an amazing educational journey in Italy, Chef Carol is inspired to share how easy it is to make authentic Italian pasta! Everyone will make their own gnocchi using traditional Italian ingredients and techniques, then taste it with a flavorful Olive oil & herb sauce. Dessert follows this great meal. Everyone will go home with their homemade dough, all of the recipes from class and a special gift from Chef Carol.
