University of Strathclyde Campus Developm't & IStructE President’s Address

Join us for what promises to be a fascinating presentation on the retrofit and new build extension of the University of Strathclyde Colville and Architecture buildings which were transformed to create the new Teaching and Learning Building Hub.

Hear about the key challenges and solutions which involved adapting and extending existing buildings on a difficult constrained sloping site. This will be a joint presentation by the architect, structural engineer and contractor involved in delivering this transformative project. This presentation will appeal to those with an interest in Engineering, Architecture, Construction and anyone who has attend the University of Strathclyde over the years!

The presentation will be followed by an address from the President of the Institution of Structural Engineers, Mr Mohamad Khodr Al-Dah
