A Conference for Parkinson’s Disease Patients and their Families/Care Partners
Wednesday, October 1, 2025 | 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.| Embassy Suites La Vista Hotel and Conference Center | 12520 Westport Parkway, La Vista
This event and parking is free, but registration is required.
REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00 AM ON AUGUST 25, 2025.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You will not need a ticket to attend, you just need to give the name you registered under at the check-in desk.
- If after you register, you can no longer attend, please email us at [email protected] so we can open your vacated spot to someone else.
- At the end of the registration process, you will have the opportunity to submit questions for the Q&A session.

- Please bring a sweater/jacket or dress in layers as the temperature of the venue space may be difficult to regulate.
- Check-in table opens at 8:00 am where you will be given a conference booklet and meal ticket if you have ordred a special meal. Please do not arrive before 8:00 am as the venue and vendors will still be setting up for your arrival. Program begins at 9:00am.
