Jessica and Kaitlyn do a lot of amazing work throughout the community on matters of sustainability and waste minimalization, being part of organisations such as Without Waste, Forest and Bird, University of Canterbury composting club and Kaitlyn running her own composting consultancy called Kai Compost.
