rules:
1. $100 total Limit for your 99 deck (plus the commander =100)
2. Your Commander Has to be from a Universe's Beyond or a secret lair non MTG character (like Wolverine). the commander price doesn't count towards your $100 limit.
3. points based off of placements with 3 games being played
4. bring in your list an hour before the games start or message them directly to Anthony any time before the day of the tournament. they Must Be On a TCG list! we can verify prices and card at the same time.
