100 hours of the 200-hour YTT and is also part of the full 300-hour Advanced Studies Program.
The course provides a solid foundation in Universal Yoga® principles and prepares practitioners to teach with depth, clarity, and energetic awareness.

Daily Schedule:
• Morning Practice: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Level 2 Training
This 100-hour intensive is the second module of the Universal Yoga® 300-hour track, open to yoga practitioners and teachers seeking a deeper, multidimensional understanding of yoga. You’ll explore physical, energetic, psychic, and mental practices, including:
Yoga Philosophy
Full Himalayan Vinyasa System – 16 groups of Vinyasas
• Rules for warming up
• Energetic schemes for training sequences
• Multidimensional models of sequencing
• Mandala sequence methods
• Sama and Visama Vritti Pranayamas
Full Pranayama System – 4 groups of Pranayamas
• Energies and methods of their activation through Conscious Awakening®
Complete Techniques of Mudra and Bandha Practice
• Micro and Macro Energy Orbits in Tantric Hatha Yoga
• Chakras, Rasas, and Kundalini Awakening
• Attention control methods from Raja Yoga
• Karma control methods through yoga
Optional Additional Topics (Time Permitting):
• Kriyas – purification of all human sheaths using all elements
• Yogic diet principles
• Yoga practice during menstruation and pregnancy
• Yoga for children of different age groups
• Partner Yoga
Who It’s For:
Ideal for students and teachers who and wish to deepen their understanding of Universal Yoga® while expanding their teaching skills beyond a single style. You may take Level 2 even if you have not completed Level 1 yet. You just need to Tommasina for orientation prior to beginning of Level 2.
Completion of Levels 2 meets Yoga Alliance 200-RYT standards.

Daily Schedule:
First 10 Days
• P8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Theory Exam: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Day 11 is testing & not required if only auditing program.

Please note: Certification will only be awarded upon successful completion of the written test and submission of any required corrections, even if the test is initially passed.
Returning students receive a 25% discount on Level 2. If Level 1 was previously taken & exam passed, you can apply with Yoga Alliance for 200 RYT status.
To ensure a grounded and supportive learning experience, Tommasina Marlow, an experienced Universal Yoga teacher and 500 E-RYT, will assist throughout the program.
