Scott Nabholz
Vocals, Keyboards & Band Manager
Scott started with Universal Sound in 1977, at the ripe old age of 19, after a brief stint with Jerry Stueber and the Versatiles right out of high school. He has served as the band’s managing partner since 1979, and has worked on multiple recording projects with other artists throughout the years.
Alan Maslowski
Vocals, Drums
Scott and Alan have been performing together since 1986, when Alan joined the group. Prior to joining the band Alan worked with Jerry Stueber and the Versatiles in the early ‘70s, and in the ‘80s traveled with the highly acclaimed road group, Ex-Press. In addition to his role with Universal Sound he is also currently with Top Shelf, a duo performing in the area.
Dan Sutter
Vocals, Bass
Danny worked with such prestigious acts as Spot and The Blotters (a major R&B group from the late ‘60s/early ‘70s), Bittersweet, The David Kinney Group and Little Vito & The Torpedoes before joining Universal Sound in 1996. He also records and performs with his siblings in The Sutter Brothers.
Randy Glodowski
Vocals, Guitar
Randy teamed up with Universal Sound in 2014, following his time with the highly acclaimed touring band Circus in the ‘70s, and other notable acts such as Tara and Paraphernalia, Marcy & The Highlights and ZBM.
