Hello beautiful human���I would like to invite you to come join me on Monday for a beautiful evening yoga practice where we will be working with the energies of self-worth, self-confidence, self-esteem & personal power�
The class is designed for all abilities so whether you have never tried yoga before or you are a seasoned practitioner, you are all welcome since I will be offering modifications for all levels & abilities.
Class sizes are small so you will get that extra support & guidance that just isn’t possible in large groups - I was doing Pilates exercises wrong for ten years because no one ever corrected me�
Yoga has been proven to be more successful in treating depression than any pharmaceutical on the market.
It relieves mental, emotional & physical stress as we get to connect with our bodies & breath to bring us into present moment awareness & this is where transformation happens�
Even if it’s just for that hour, we get to put down all the stresses, strains, worries & anxieties of daily life & come back to ourselves; to give ourselves what we need to find our centre once again.
Whatever you have got going on in your life, I promise you that you will leave feeling more grounded & more peaceful than when you arrived�
