Join us for a soothing sound bath meditation on September 7 at 1:30 PM at Unity Lincoln church.Don’t worry. You won’t get wet as you ”bathe” in sounds from ancient healing instruments. The use of drums, crystal bowls and chimes will assist with deep meditation.
Never tried a sound bath?
No experience needed.

-a yoga mat and blanket (for a reclined practice)
