Come to Dover Public Library to learn how to pay tuition with you and your teens!Stand By Me NexGen, a partnership between the United Way of Delaware and the Delaware Higher Education Office, is a program available to all Delaware public and charter high schools that provides financial aid information, resources and direct assistance to high school juniors and seniors and their families as they navigate the world of financial aid for college.
