US Army paratrooper, disabled veteran (airborne long range reconnaissance unit, disabled in a night jump while doing rough terrain parachuting). Ex-firefighter.
Yale Law Graduate. Yale Law research scholar. Worked on DC staff of Congressman Ron Paul. Clerked for Arizona Supreme Court.
Founder of Oath Keepers (association of military, police, firefighters, EMS - 40,000 members at its peak).
Innocent J6 political prisoner (didn't enter Capitol, didn't fight with police. Targeted for his speech). Held in solitary confinement for over a year (including pre-trial).
Refused to plead guilty to a crime he didn’t commit, refused to bear false witness against President Trump. Maintained his innocence through a DC show trial. Stayed 100% loyal to our country and to President Trump.
Sentenced to 18 years. Served 3 years in prison including one year of solitary confinement. Commuted by President Trump Jan 20, 2025. Praying for a full pardon. Now has a hard application in to US pardon attorney, Ed Martin. Lawyer peter Ticktin is his attorney for his pardon application.
