About this Event
We are delighted to invite you to join our online event to celebrate the fantastic work of schools on the Anti-Bullying Alliance’s United Against Bullying (UAB) programme.
The programme was a free whole-school anti-bullying programme that ran from November 2021 - March 2024. It supported schools to reduce bullying and improve the wellbeing of all children, focusing on those most at risk, including children and young people with SEND, children and young people who experience racist and faith-targeted bullying, sexual bullying, homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying, looked-after children, young carers and those on free school meals.
This celebration event will include:
- Highlights from our summary report of the programme, showcasing the main findings and impact
- Goldsmiths University speaking about their evaluation of the programme
- Case studies of effective practice from schools who took part
- A panel with Gold UAB schools, discussing the successes and challenges of implementing effective anti-bullying practice in schools
Please do join us for this unique and inspiring afternoon celebrating the achievements of the UAB programme, and exploring what effective anti-bullying practice looks like in schools in England.
