If the timeout signal is called, the current player may finish their turn. All action must stop afterward and await resolution.

โข If tied, the player with more cards in their deck wins.
โข If still tied, the winner is decided by 1 round of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
โป This rule does not apply to the Final Swiss Round if both players are on a full win table.
