Unincorporated Unleashed: Positives and Challenges of Changing Structure

CVS Inverclyde is offering a series of workshops for Unincorporated Organisation across Inverclyde. This series of three workshops will provide your organisation with the tools and knowledge of good governance, allowing your organisation to grow and develop. Each workshop will have a different theme allowing you to either attend all three sessions or any sessions that are appropriate to your organisation.

In the second workshop of this series, we will discuss the positives and challenges of changing your organisation's structure. As your unincorporated organisation grows and develops you may take the decision to change to an incorporated structure. This workshop aims to discuss the different types of incorporated structures and the positives and challenges that you may face when you change your structure. This session will cover the following areas:

• The reasons to change your organisation structure
• The positives and challenges of changing structure
• Funders and Funding (governing criteria)
• Next steps to becoming incorporated
