About this Event
Success is a team effort. Join the Coastal CAPTAINS Cadre for a FREE collaborative conference where parents/caregivers and professionals align their strategies. A resource fair will be running concurrently with the conference.
We’re moving beyond theory to provide a unified "Success Toolkit" of evidence-based practices for all ages. Gain direct, actionable tools that bridge the gap between home, school, and community—ensuring that every neurodivergent individual has the support they need to thrive and grow independent.
We will join together for the opening keynote, followed by presentations geared towards the roles we hold in supporting autistic individuals (i.e. parent/ caregiver/ family members or professional).
Topics covered in the breakout sessions include: the importance of proactive supports, visual supports throughout the lifespan, reinforcing functional communication, exercise and movement as self-regulation tools and more!
Following the breakout presentations, we will reconvene for the Neurodiversity Panel.
