Purpose and Scope (be sure to read Murillo quotation at end of this document):
We meet this evening to unify and vow to support one another as we each consider our planning for 2022 events in and around Rochester, NY. Strength in numbers, No more gorilla warfare! Let me give a couple hypothetical ideas.
Let’s say 20 groups, congregations and/or ministries vow to support one group’s event. Each group brings 5 people to that event. That would mean 100+ saints would be there in fellowship showing the community the love we have for Christ and for one another. Saints could serve with grocery give away, clothing distribution, free grilled hots / hamburgers, bounce house … you get the idea. Outreach and fellowship. Sharing the gospel; preach the Word and also providing live music.
Same groups collectively plan for a LARGE event, (Blue Cross Arena?) setting aside money, donations to collectively pay for bringing in a BIG NAME Christian artist. Goal is to bring the lukewarm into a gathering where the opportunity to share Rev3:16 is paramount. Preach the dire need for repentance, hence, revival. If 20 groups combine with donations of say $3000 each, that’s $60,000.
This last one is not hypothetical. Our unification supports Mario Murillo revival initiative in May 2022.
John13:35 “By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Rev 3:16 “So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.”

That's a hard word but so many people love Finney and they better know what he really actually believed.
