Hostia - polskie objawienie ostatnich lat, które szturmem zdobyło serca miłośników grindcore'u. Ich dewizą są brutalne i nie znające litości ciosy, szybkie jak przenoszenie umoczonych księży do nowej parafii, a jednocześnie bujający groove i momentami chwytliwe patenty ukrywane pod warstwą hałasu. Wydali jedną EP-kę oraz trzy pełne albumy, z czego ostatni „Nailed”, ukazał się w listopadzie 2022. Producenci prawdopodobnie najlepszego merchu, na jaki wydacie pieniądze.
