I believe that we often search for the answers outside of ourselves and lose our valuable time, energy and resources trying to find something that doesn’t exist, as the external solutions often prove to be a temporary fix. But when we turn inwards and reconnect with our innate wisdom we can discover our unique gifts, talents and abilities and find lasting joy and fulfillment by choosing to live consciously, intentionally, and authentically … from WITHIN.

Hi, I am Violetta. I am a trauma informed Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner, nature lover, art therapy enthusiast and a humbled mother grateful for all the gifts and deep lessons of motherhood that shaped me in a way that allowed me to grow, re-discover and re-invent myself many times to meet all the challenges of my life.

I am passionate about guiding and supporting people in their journeys to transform their lives for the better. In my work, I have seen time and time again how not having clarity of direction can hold us back from pursuing our dreams and creating a healthy, abundant and fulfilling life.
