About this Event
The exhibition considers “unfinishedness” not as a lack of completion, but as an ongoing condition shaped by movement, adjustment, and becoming. The works on view do not rush toward conclusions or fixed narratives. Instead, figures, boundaries, and visual structures remain open, suspended, and still forming.
Through imagine, the exhibition reflects on contemporary creative practice as it unfolds between expression and survival, inner experience and external structures. For many artists trained in academic contexts, leaving school marks a shift in which making must engage with time, labor, and reality. In this context, remaining unfinished becomes a way to preserve sensitivity, protect lived experience, and sustain creative work over time.
Unfinished Shapes invites viewers to slow down, stay with unresolved images, and consider art as a practice that exists alongside life rather than as a finished result.
