Join the Washington County Chamber of Commerce’s LGBTQ+ Business Advisory Council for Unfiltered: Ask Queer Business Leaders Anything, a candid Ask Me Anything (AMA) panel discussion where no topic is off limits.
Meet Our Panelists:
- Michael Jonas (he/him) is a Portland-based attorney, strategist, and advocate for equity and inclusion. He is the Founder and Owner of Narwhal Law & Business Strategy, a values-driven law firm. Michael is a former congressional candidate in Oregon’s 3rd District, board member of Pride NW, and believes inclusive workplaces are built through intentional structure, daily practice, and mutual respect.
- NJ Marin (she/they) is a queer, trans, neurodivergent tech leader and coach with 14 years of experience leading engineering teams in both startups and global companies including Intel and Etsy. She now coaches neurodivergent professionals championing inclusivity and innovation in tech.
- Alice J Berry (she/her) retired as Owner of Transformations Electrolysis and serves on the board of Northwest Gender Alliance. She is a pioneering licensed electrologist, and she made history as the first electrologist in Oregon certified to accept insurance, working closely with the OR Health Licensing Office. Alice established herself as an authority, serving as a professional conference speaker, presenter, and consultant on electrolysis procedures and safety protocols. Alice's career exemplifies professional excellence, with unwavering dedication to community service and transgender advocacy.
