About this Event
Undisturbed Birth- FREE Class
Come join us at the Sebastopol Regional Library- Meeting Room for a special event focused on helping you understand how birth works so you can make choices for a powerful birth. This in-person class is led by a local doula and will cover labor hormones and how they work together in a beautiful way to orchestrate the birth process and benefit you and your baby. We'll also cover common interventions that disrupt this process and talk about what you can do to minimize disruptions, as well as strategies for if they do occur. Whether you're a first-time parent or looking to expand or refresh your knowledge, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to know more about natural, undisturbed birth.
We'll have tea and snacks, as well as time to talk and connect!
Little ones welcome with a caregiver, but we ask that you be responsible for ensuring their energy is not disrupting the learning and remove them from the space if necessary.
Although the class is created with pregnant families in mind, anyone who is curious about birth is welcome to attend.
