Understory - an immersive residential retreat on Awabakal Country this May 🌿After two delightful and nourishing Understory retreats we're back to offer another adventure (this time sadly without our copilot Joerg).
Again we will offer led practices in the bush, beach and inside the hall. We'll focus on dropping into relationship with our bodies, each other and the outer landscapes, through movement, embodied presence and improvisation scores.
We’ll notice what influences us, follow our curiosity and courageously open to the unknown.
Our journey will be wrapped in collective care as we live together on the land for these days.
We hope you will join us there!
All bodies, backgrounds and experience in movement practices and bush time are welcome. And just to be clear, this is NOT a Contact Improvisation event :)

TIMING: Arrival - from 12noon, by 3pm Thursday
Departure - 4pm Sunday

COST: $490 Standard
$390 for those with limited income
We welcome any amount above $490 for those who can pay more to support others
Financial hardship: we do not want money to be a barrier to attending, there will be some "pay what you can" places if you are experiencing financial hardship. Please let us know.
