Join us in person* at the San Diego Association of Realtors for a 1 hour course featuring, Title extraordinaire Bonnie Stark with First American Title. If you want to understand what a preliminary report is and how to read it, this class will help you!
Bonnie will discuss what to avoid and common red flags such as: Bankruptcies, clouds on title, liens/judgments, and vesting issues.
You will leave this course understanding title requirements and what can be worked on in advance for a smoother transaction.
