In this workshop the facilitator will talk on what trauma is, understanding the cause and effects of trauma, recognition and what steps are needed to be taken to address and heal it. You will also get a chance to learn how holistic healing methods of trauma looks like. The facilitator will also speak a bit about Reiki healing.

Meet Farah Ardeshir

I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CH), Reiki Master and Teacher, Holistic Transformational Coach and Therapist, Past Life Regression Therapist, Spiritual Medium and Teacher, Healer, Lightworker.

My expertise lies in hypnosis, Reiki healing, inner child healing, past life regression, and aura and energy clearing. I specialize in assisting individuals with trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety, building confidence, fears/phobias, sleep problems, weight loss, pain, grief, addiction recovery, and various emotional challenges. Through these modalities, I help my clients address the root causes of their struggles, facilitating deep healing and lasting transformation.

In addition to individual healing sessions, I provide one-on-one training courses in Reiki, channeling, and mediumship. My goal is to empower others to tap into their innate healing abilities and spiritual potential. Moreover, I offer spiritual services such as oracle and tarot card readings, meditations, and insightful channeling and mediumship sessions, guiding those seeking spiritual wisdom and clarity.

Furthermore, I infuse joy and happiness into the lives of my clients through my certified home-based business, M5 Bakes. By creating delightful treats, I spread happiness and create memorable moments for clients, their families, and friends.
