The aim of this session is to build confidence around the subject of self-harm by reducing stigma, anxiety and fear. This course is suitable for everyone, especially parents, teachers, or anyone working with young children or young people, and for those working in a therapeutic environment. It will be a 2 hour session and then a Q&A.
