Would you like to have more open and compassionate conversations about self-harm?
In the "Understanding Self- Harm" course, we’ll talk about language and assumptions that surround self-harm and think about how to have more real, open and safe conversations about this experience.
We’ll explore how complex it really is and hopefully by hearing some different perspectives including lived experience and professional, you’ll be able to find some ideas that work for you, someone you support or someone you are working with.
