About this Event
This session is aimed at parents/carers of PRIMARY and SECONDARY school-aged children. *Other sessions in North and Central Manchester are available also*
This workshop is led by senior mental health professionals working in the Social Communication Pathway and will provide the opportunity to:
- Develop your understanding of Neurodiversity.
- Consider what being neurodivergent might mean for your child/young person.
- Think about factors that might impact on wellbeing for neurodivergent people.
- Learn about approaches to support wellbeing and how to access further help.
- Hear about the experiences of other families and share your own experiences if you wish.
Biscuits, tea and coffee will be provided. However, lunch isn't covered so please make sure to bring your own food for the lunch break.
