Join a group of fourth-year nursing students from the University of Victoria and a fourth year pharmacy student from the University of British Columbia, for an informative session on hypertension (high blood pressure), a common condition affecting adults. Learn about:
What hypertension is and how it is diagnosed
The risks of uncontrolled high blood pressure
How to measure and monitor blood pressure at home
Practical tips on preventing and managing hypertension through lifestyle changes
This session will cover key strategies and resources to help you take control of your blood pressure.
