Welcome to a Latched Support Gestational Diabetes Workshop!

Managing gestational diabetes can feel overwhelming—but you're not alone.This FREE workshop is designed exclusively for expecting families who have received a confirmed diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Join us as we walk through clear, compassionate, and evidence-based information to help you confidently manage your pregnancy and support a healthy birth.

In this workshop, we’ll cover:

What gestational diabetes is and how it affects pregnancy
Nutrition and meal planning tips to stabilize blood sugar
Safe ways to stay active during pregnancy
What to expect during labor and delivery with gestational diabetes
How to monitor blood sugar levels and communicate with your care team

Who can attend:This workshop is only open to individuals who have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Partners are welcome to attend with you for support.
