Ideal for parents who want to feel more confident, calm, and informed.Anxiety in children and young people is more common than ever—and it can leave parents feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or worried about how best to help.
This warm, practical one-hour session, led by Human Givens therapist Zanna St Quinton, will give you the knowledge and confidence to support your child effectively.
In this talk, you’ll learn:
• What anxiety actually is (and why it’s not a sign of weakness or misbehaviour)
• How the brain’s anxiety response works in children and teens
• The most common signs of anxiety
• Why modern life increases anxiety—and what we can do to reduce it
• Practical tools you can use at home to help your child feel safe, calm, and more in control
• When to seek additional support

You’ll leave with simple techniques you can start using straight away, and a clearer understanding of how to break the cycle of worry, avoidance, and overwhelm.
