Join me for a day to understand and soothe anxiety - a restorative experience where we explore what anxiety really is, how it shows up in the mind and body, and find practical ways to find calm.Together, we’ll slow down, learn to listen to ourselves, and reset through grounding, mindful practices, and a deeply relaxing 90-minute sound bath.
The day will include:
Education around the physiology of anxiety - including how it can show up in our brains and bodies
Experiential practices, including grounding techniques
Breathing methods
Somatic regulation and gentle movement
Exploring anxious thinking patterns
Gentle cognitive reframing and self-compassion work
Journaling exercises
A 90-minute immersive sound experience — gongs, bowls, chimes, etc.
