When our kids are expressing fear and and anxiety, it can be difficult to know how to respond without making things worse. This becomes even more difficult when those anxieties impact on important parts of life such as going to school.During this workshop you will learn to recognise the difference between Anxiety and feeling anxious, and what the right response is for each (because it is different).
It is recommended that parents attend Raising Resilient Kids program on the 22nd July if possible, to get the most out of this session.
