About this Event

Please do not sign up for this session if you have already attended the Understanding Sensory Needs workshop for children on the Autism waiting list as the content is very similar.

This 3-hour session will be delivered at Our Community Base in Kingswood and will aim to increase your understanding of sensory differences and how these may impact on your child in their early years (ages 0-5).

The workshop will cover:

- What is Sensory Processing?

- Learning about the 8 senses (yes 8!)

- How sensory processing differences may affect you and your child

- Strategies and ideas to help with sensory differences

There is limited parking at the venue for blue badge holders. Street parking also available. Tea and coffee will be provided, please let us know if you have any additional requirements.

This session is only available to residents of South Glos. Please book a maximum of 2 tickets per family.
