This Intentionally Well series talk on February 5th will introduce participants to the science of chronic pain. Registered Kinesiologist Katherine and Mental Health Counsellor Pat will explain how to use lifestyle considerations to help to cope with chronic pain. Participants can expect to leave the session with a few more tools in their toolbox for increasing quality of life when living with chronic pain.
Time: 7:00-8:00PM (doors open at 6:30PM)
Cost: $5/person
Recommended for ages 13+
No pre-registration is required.
Presenter Bios:
Katherine and Pat are both employees of the Kingston Community Health Centres who work on the RFLA Allied Health Team in Napanee. Katherine is a Registered Kinesiologist and Pat works as a Mental Health Counsellor. Together they run the Chronic Pain self-management program out of their Napanee office.
