On Sunday 8th February, I’m running an in-person, horseless clinic focused entirely on aid understanding, timing, and application.
This session will break down:
• What the aids actually are
• What they mean to the horse
• How timing changes everything
• Why clarity matters more than strength
We’ll look at rein, leg, seat, weight, and groundwork aids — and also explore “aids before aids”: using body language, energy, and breath before a manual aid is ever applied.
This is where communication becomes refined.
This is where connection replaces correction.
The clinic forms part of Quarter One of the Sound Happy Horse Pathway, but you don’t need to be on the Pathway to attend — it’s open to anyone who wants clearer, more effective communication with their horse.
