1. Unfiltered Wine Wisdom
   Forget robotic lectures. We serve up real talk, stories of vineyard triumphs (and disasters), and hands‐on demos that make wine easy to get—and love.
2. Hands‐On Tastings
   Each session includes premium pours fromtop wineries around the world. A significant portion of the cost of this class covers the wine. Practice identifying flavors and flaws, like a rogue sommelier who answers to no one.
3. Small, Exclusive Group
   We cap attendance at just 22 participants. No overcrowded, impersonal lectures—just lively interaction, personalized guidance, and direct access to our in‐house rebels.

• Session 1:From Grape to Glass—Ditch the dryness of typical wine 101. We’re starting with the fundamentals, told in a way that’s actually fun.
• Session 2:Taste Like a Rebel—Decode flavors, aromas, and body with an irreverent twist.
• Session 3:Terroir & Eyes Wide Shut—Explore global wine regions and discover blind Old World/New World Tastings.
• Session 4:Oregon Originals—Meet the mavericks, sample local gems, and see how we do it differently in our own backyard.
• Session 5:Walla Walla Wonders—Discover a “nearby” region worth tasting and talking about.
• Session 6:Paso Robles & Beyond—Finish with a region that’s redefining California wine, and walk away an enlightened wine rebel.
